Our Consulting Process


Discovery Meeting

We ask questions and listen. You ask questions and we have a healthy dialogue to determine your dreams, needs, wants and objectives. Every prospective clients' priorities are different. We gather your valuable thoughts and organize them into a proprietary report referred to frequently in future meetings. By having your dreams, goals, needs, fears and ambitions organized we work together towards success.

Investment Plan Meeting

After asking questions and listening to your answers, we take all that information, along with your financial statements and analyze all the information to formulate an investment plan. We then reconvene with you approximately 2 weeks after our first meeting to present a personalized investment plan created just for you. During this meeting we will explore all available types of accounts that will benefit your financial road to success.

Mutual Commitment Meeting

Should you decide to become a client, we provide you with an individualized investment policy statement and with your approval, we then implement our recommendations. During this meeting, which occurs approximately 1 week after the Investment Plan Meeting, we will complete all necessary paperwork to start the process of transferring your assets.

45-Day Follow-Up Meeting

This meeting is designed to connect with you, our client.  We want to make sure that all your needs are being met and to see of there are any questions and/or concerns that need to be addressed. This is also a time where we ensure that we have received everything from you to solidify the account and make sure that monies have been transferred accordingly.

Regular Progress Meetings

These meetings will occur via phone or face-to-face, depending on your preference. It is to touch base about your account. This is a general review of your account and a scheduled time to discuss any questions and/or concerns that you may have.
