Rob Egbert

Rob Egbert is a Managing Director at Arista Wealth Management. With over a decade of experience in real estate investment, he has been involved in transactions exceeding $500 million, encompassing multifamily, build-to-rent (BTR), and industrial properties. He is known for his strategic insight and leadership in acquisitions, development, and capital formation. He previously served as Chief Investment Officer at Habitat Development and was a Managing Director at Sunstone Properties Trust. Rob also held a key role at Sundance Bay Multifamily. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management. Originally from Las Vegas, Rob splits his time between Las Vegas and Los Angeles. He enjoys spending time outdoors, playing pickleball, and making memories with his wife, Jill, and their four children. Family is his greatest joy.
